Inês is an Associate at CCA’s Corporate/M&A Department, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2019. Provides legal advice in the area of Commercial, Corporate, Mergers, and Acquisitions. Her professional activity focuses on the constitution of commercial companies and their monitoring, as well as the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and corporate restructuring operations.
