Pedro Simões de Oliveira


Pedro Simões de Oliveira is a Senior Associate of CCA’s Corporate/M&A Department, having started his collaboration with the firm in 2017. With 10 years of experience, mainly in corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions on both sides of the venture landscape, he provides general legal advice on commercial, corporate and securities law to both domestic and foreign clients and advises on a daily basis founders and national and international startups. Pedro also provides advice to collective investment undertakings and foreign equity fund transactions in several fields. His practice also focuses on FinTechs, mainly on regulatory matters related to the payment services industry and e-money market.
