Rita is a Principal Associate at CCA's Corporate/M&A Department and joined the firm in 2021. She provides legal advice in the areas of commercial, corporate, mergers and acquisitions. Rita's practice focuses mainly on supporting corporate clients in the incorporation of companies and corporate restructuring.
