Tito is Of Counsel in the TMT Department, having started his collaboration with CCA in 2019. As legal counsel, he has been working in the areas of intellectual property, e-commerce and data protection and advising technology companies, telecom operators and rightholders. As an academic, he has spoken at conferences and seminars at the European Parliament, Yale Law School, University of Cape Town, among many other institutions worldwide, and he has had his research published in renowned international law journals.
