CCA ONTIER adopts digital signature supported by LegalVision

News

CCA ONTIER Law Firm adopted digital signature on legal documents to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs for clients. To that end, CCA ONTIER resorted to the solution developed by LegalVision, a French-Portuguese LegalTech that developed LEGALVISIONPRO.pt software, specialized in the digitization and automation of legal proceedings and documentation.

With no need for pen and paper and at a distance of a few clicks, the very same documents are signed in a dematerialized form by the various parties in different geographical locations. “With this measure, we anticipate not only increasing process optimization, but also preventing clients from having to travel to sign documents. This step is part of a CCA ONTIER ongoing digitization plan that will continue to evolve during 2018, in which we rely on LegalVision’s help in developing increasingly tailored solutions to our client’s needs' states Domingos Cruz, Managing Partner of CCA ONTIER.

“Through our LegalVisionPRO.pt software, the process of signing legal acts thus becomes faster and easier, enabling significant productivity gains for lawyers who use it. CCA ONTIER clients are divided into different geographical areas and are now able, just a few clicks away, to sign any 100% dematerialized legal documents. We thus intend to put an end to the need for clients and lawyers to travel in the act of signing, making the whole process extremely simple and fast' states Gonçalo Alves, CEO of LegalVision.

LegalVision is a LegalTech that has been present in the European market for two years, and currently has more than 3,500 clients. With a monthly growth of more than 30%, LegalVision thus enters in the Portuguese market with a service offering focused on the needs of law firms.
