CCA Law Firm ranks 1st among Legal Advisors in Portugal by number of transactions, according to TTR Data’s Ranking Year to Date 2026, covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Asset Acquisitions.
CCA advised on 17 transactions included in the ranking, moving up from 2nd place in 2025 to the top position in 2026.
In Venture Capital, CCA also ranks 1st among Legal Advisors, both by total transaction value and by number of transactions. The ranking credits CCA with 16 transactions, with a total value of EUR 107.77 million.
The results also extend to the individual rankings. Domingos Cruz, Managing Partner at CCA, ranks 1st among Dealmakers – Legal Advisors in Portugal by number of transactions, with 11 transactions recorded.
Among the Rising Star Dealmakers – Legal Advisors, Joana Bugia, Managing Associate, ranks 1st by number of transactions, with 13 transactions, followed by Constança Morão, Associate, in 2nd place, with 10. Matilde Silva Blanco and Maria Almeida Pulido, also Associates at CCA, are included in the same ranking, in 5th and 10th place, respectively.
The results are included in TTR Data’s August 2026 monthly report and reflect transactions announced since the beginning of the year, in accordance with TTR Data’s criteria for compiling its rankings.
