On Radio Renascença News, after the rejection of the Habeas Corpus by Brazil's Federal Supreme Court, Henrique Salinas commented on Lula da Silva's reduced hypothesis if he re-elected himself to the presidency of Brazil.
'Who will decide if he can or not be a presidential candidate is the Higher Electoral Court. However, with a conviction in second instance, in principle, he cannot be a candidate'.
