José Pedro Barros explains how to minimize losses if you have not validated the invoices in time

News

José Pedro Barros, associate of the CCA's Tax Department, in statements to Executive Digest, clarified what can still be done to minimize the losses of those who failed to validate their invoices, for IRS purposes, in time. The deadline to validate invoices for 2019 in the e-invoice ended on February 25th, but all is not lost.

In the case of health, training and education expenses, property charges and housing charges, the lawyer emphasizes that "alternatively, it is always possible to declare the amount of these expenses in Annex H to the IRS statement".
