Rita Trabulo speaks about CCA’s commitment to sustainability and mental health

News

CCA presented its fourth Sustainability Report, reinforcing its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda and to the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

With 75 years of activity, the Firm has been integrating more environmentally conscious practices into its daily operations, promoting environmental literacy, reducing its carbon footprint, and adopting more flexible working models, with a direct impact on reducing emissions associated with mobility.

“These are simple measures at an individual level, but they gain real impact when they are consistent and collective,” highlights Rita Trabulo, Head of Sustainability and Business Development at CCA Law Firm, in an article for Jornal Económico.

On the social front, CCA has maintained its investment in the development and well‑being of its employees, with a particular focus on mental health. In this context, the partnership with the Portuguese startup Team24 stands out, providing confidential psychological support through an app, chat, telephone, and video consultation, as well as the collaboration with Neroes, which offers mental training through neurofeedback, aimed at improving focus, anxiety management, and the development of skills such as leadership and decision‑making.

The report also highlights the specific challenges faced by law firms in implementing ESG policies, namely the need to translate principles into concrete metrics and routines in a sector where value is largely intangible and people‑centred.
