Ana Rocha is a Senior Associate CCA's Department of Technologies, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and is part of the Data Protection Team. In the last 10 years she has been specializing in Privacy and Data Protection, which makes her one of the most experienced lawyers in this area. She is the author of several articles on the subject and has participated as a speaker in several events on the new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a result of her experience, she was invited to provide support to an international telecommunications operator in the implementation of the GDPR in Portugal. She also belongs to the APDC - Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications.

Recognized, in 2019, by the prestigious Best Lawyers Directory as “Lawyer of the Year 2020” in Portugal in the area of “Privacy and Data Security Law”.
