Anaïs is a Principal Associate at CCA's Real Estate Department, having started working with the firm in September 2021. She has developed her professional activity in the area of Foreigners' Law and Foreign Investment, monitoring Visa and Residence Permit processes in Portugal. She also provides legal advice in Real Estate Law, particularly in real estate investment operations, supporting the various stages of this investment, through the preparation of due diligence reports, preparation and implementation of purchase and sale and lease agreements, as well as representing clients at Condominium Assemblies, defending their interests and rights therein.
