Bárbara focuses her practice on criminal litigation and white-collar crime, advising on matters involving economic and financial offences, corporate criminal liability, corruption, money laundering, and market-related infractions. She is actively involved in both judicial and out-of-court representation of national and international clients, combining preventive strategies with effective dispute resolution.
 
She also advises media sector companies, representing them in criminal proceedings and in matters directly related to press freedom and the practice of journalism. She handles complex and sensitive cases, where she combines technical precision with a strategic approach tailored to the specificities of the sector and the demands of public scrutiny.
 
Having started her career in civil litigation and arbitration, Bárbara maintains a cross-disciplinary and integrated approach that enables her to navigate the unique challenges of criminal justice with agility and insight.

Bárbara has developed her professional career at CCA since 2022, when she first joined the firm as a summer intern. She then continued on a part-time basis for one year while completing her Master’s degree. Following that period, she began her professional traineeship at CCA, where she remains today.
