Camila advises companies on both the advisory and litigation aspects of Labour Law, supporting clients throughout all stages of the employment relationship. Her practice includes matters related to Social Security, working time organisation, collective bargaining, disciplinary procedures and workplace accidents. She works with clients across a wide range of sectors, with significant experience in the transport industry.
 
She has a particular interest and active involvement in issues related to gender equality, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), assisting clients in the implementation of codes of conduct, internal policies and labour best practices. Camila also supports organisations in navigating current regulatory challenges, such as pay transparency and equality, helping them adopt effective solutions aligned with legal requirements and organisational culture.
 
Actively engaged in working groups focused on the future of work and the evolution of labour regulation, Camila contributes to the legal debate and the development of innovative responses adapted to the changing dynamics of the labour market.

Camila joined CCA in 2023 and is currently an Associate in the Labour practice area.
 
She began her professional journey with a summer internship at a law firm with a strong presence in northern Portugal, where she had her first contact with legal practice. She later completed her professional traineeship and continued as an associate at a nationally operating law firm with a broad practice, where she focused primarily on Labour Law.
