Carlos Cruz


Carlos Cruz is a Partner and Founder of CCA, and always dedicated himself to economic law. He is an experienced lawyer in complex operations, involving a multiplicity of legal areas such as corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual and industrial property and competition. Over time, he has become well-known in the TMT area, representing media companies, publishers and companies in the area of new technologies and internet. Carlos Cruz is also recognized for his intervention in the field of arbitration, both nationally and internationally. He is an intuitive lawyer, who knows well the world and the life of companies. He seeks, rather than being a lawyer, to be a partner.

Beyond Law

He’s interested in art, a passion he inherited from his father, Fernando Cruz, also a lawyer. He is a fervent supporter of Sporting Clube de Portugal, having integrated its Management.
