Carlos focuses his practice on Labour Law, with particular emphasis on advisory services for companies, providing close and continuous support throughout all stages of the employment relationship. He assists with the drafting of employment contracts, internal policies, disciplinary procedures, termination agreements and labour audits, offering practical, clear and sector-specific legal solutions.
 
Acting as a bridge between Labour Law and business management challenges, Carlos delivers objective legal advice aligned with the strategic context of each organisation and industry. His practice also covers cross-cutting matters such as international mobility, best practices and internal governance. He has experience in designing and structuring incentive plans, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and Phantom Share Plans, as well as in performance evaluation processes, contributing to the enhancement of human capital.
 
His previous experience in Corporate Law provides him with an integrated view of business structures, allowing him to anticipate risks and interdependencies and strengthen legal responsiveness in complex and evolving environments.

Carlos joined CCA in 2023 and is currently a Senior Associate in the Labour practice area.
 
He began his career at a nationally focused law firm with a more traditional and generalist approach, later moving to another firm of similar size. In 2019, Carlos joined a large international law firm, where he focused on Corporate and Labour Law, advising companies on both domestic and cross-border matters.
