Catarina Limpo Serra is managing associate of the Litigation and Arbitration Department of the CCA, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2018. Her experience focuses on the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes in the areas of civil, commercial and arbitration litigation, with special emphasis on commercial companies law, banking law, sport law, digital litigation, insolvency, recovery and restructuring. She represents several companies in the sectors of technology, banking, insurance, securities, construction, infrastructure, consumption, media, distribution, transports, automotive industry and in business recovery and revitalization operations, insolvency and debt restructuring.
