Francisca advises domestic and international clients in the areas of Real Estate and Tourism Law, particularly in real estate purchase and sale transactions—from the negotiation phase through to the formalisation of the deal. She also has solid experience conducting legal due diligence on real estate assets and drafting and negotiating lease agreements and other occupancy arrangements, ensuring compliance with applicable legal obligations before the relevant public authorities.
 
In recent years, Francisca has increasingly focused on the tourism sector, providing legal support in tourism-related transactions, particularly in the hospitality and accommodation segments. She advises clients on the acquisition and sale of tourism businesses and assets, as well as on the licensing of tourism developments and local accommodation units, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and administrative requirements. Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating general contracts and service agreements related to tourism operations.
 
Her approach combines technical expertise with a constant awareness of industry demands and the operational realities of her clients.

Francisca joined CCA in 2022 as part of the Real Estate practice, where she currently serves as a Senior Associate.

She began her professional career at a leading Iberian law firm, where she worked for seven years. Starting as a trainee lawyer, she later became an associate in the Real Estate practice, gaining extensive experience in advising on real estate transactions and related legal matters.
