With a practice focused on Real Estate, Foreign Investment and Immigration, Gustavo provides ongoing legal advice to both national and international clients on matters related to investment and real estate asset management in Portugal.
He advises on the various stages of real estate transactions, including due diligence processes, the negotiation and execution of sale and purchase agreements, as well as the corresponding registration procedures and related formalities.
He has experience advising on the acquisition, development, operation and disposal of a wide range of real estate assets, namely residential, commercial and tourism projects.
His practice also covers structured real estate investment transactions carried out through the acquisition of shareholdings, the establishment of property rights, land and property regularisation procedures, notarial support and representation before public authorities. He further advises on the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements for residential, commercial and tourism purposes, including hotel management and property operation agreements.
