Inês is a Senior Associate in CCA's Real Estate Department, having started working with the firm in April 2022. She has developed her practice mainly in the monitoring of transactions and operations at national and international level of purchase and sale of real estate and rental, as well as the development of various types of real estate projects, namely local accommodation, student residence and project and asset management. She provides legal advice on the various phases of these transactions, through the preparation of due diligence reports, the preparation and implementation of contracts in question.
