Inês is a member of the Real Estate practice area, providing legal advice to both domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on the residential, retail, logistics and renewable energy sectors. His work encompasses all stages of real estate transactions, including investment, acquisition, disposal and leasing of real estate assets.
His practice is characterised by a rigorous and solution-oriented approach, focused on identifying effective legal solutions and contributing to the development and successful implementation of real estate and infrastructure projects across different market segments.

Ines joined the Real Estate practice area of CCA as a Principal Associate in 2026.
She began her professional career in 2019 through a summer internship covering different areas of law. She subsequently completed an internship at a leading law firm in Belgium, an experience that strengthened her exposure to international and multidisciplinary legal environments.
Between 2021 and 2023, she completed her legal traineeship at a leading Portuguese law firm, during which she first became involved in the Real Estate practice area. From 2023 to 2026, she practised at a leading Iberian law firm, where she advised on investment, acquisition, disposal and leasing transactions involving real estate assets, as well as real estate development projects, further strengthening her experience in advising both domestic and international clients.
