Joana is the Managing Associate for the Funds/M&A area, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2019. Focuses her activity mainly in providing legal advice to national and foreign companies in the areas of commercial and corporate law, namely through the incorporation of companies, corporate restructurings, monitoring of M&A operations and investment rounds.
