Joana joined the firm in 2021 and is an Associate at CCA's Labour Department. Joana has worked in different areas of law, such as immigration and litigation, but she has been particularly active in the area of labour law, in which she has been focused since 2020.
She currently provides legal advice on a wide range of aspects of the day-to-day life of companies and their employees, namely through labour advisory, the drafting of employment contracts and internal company policies, the handling of disciplinary and transfer proceedings, the negotiation of termination agreements and labour audits.
