Chief Operations Officer of CCA, Jorge is also responsible for the firm’s Billing & Collections area. With extensive experience in organisational management, he has led the implementation of innovative practices and digital transformation initiatives, contributing to greater operational efficiency and long-term business sustainability.
His experience in multidisciplinary environments, developed across different organisations and geographies, has been instrumental in providing strategic leadership in this area, with a particular focus on treasury oversight and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Beyond operational management, Jorge plays an active role in people management and in fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture. He works closely with teams to define processes and working methodologies, while also supporting client relationships and the strategic management of their needs, always with a strong emphasis on service excellence and innovation.
Jorge is also a member of CCA’s Executive Committee and Ethics Committee.

Chief Operations Officer since November 2019, Jorge first joined the firm in 2015 as Chief Billing & Collections Officer.
He began his professional career in 2007 in the financial sector as an analyst at a banking institution. He later joined a leading national law firm as a financial consultant before moving into finance and administrative management within an international business group. In 2013, Jorge relocated to Brazil, where he joined the telecommunications sector as Structuring and Financing Manager, working on highly complex projects involving multiple geographies and stakeholders.
