Maria Madalena is a Senior Associate of CCA's Litigation & Arbitration Department having started her collaboration with the firm in 2018. She has developed her professional activity in criminal and civil litigation, also having experience in the labour area, namely conducting disciplinary proceedings and contract revocation negotiation processes. She has also developed her professional activity in criminal litigation, accompanying cases of a complex nature, namely in terms of corruption, money laundering and computer piracy. Her focus is primarily on the area of Abuse of Press Freedom.
