Margarida focuses her practice on Administrative Law. Her work places particular emphasis on immigration and nationality litigation, public procurement, and general administrative disputes. She is actively involved in the preparation and oversight of public procurement procedures, including both pre-contractual and contractual litigation.
Her experience also extends to urban planning and regulatory matters, having participated in several legal audits within the scope of Administrative Law, in connection with various transactions and projects.
With a meticulous, collaborative, and responsive approach, Margarida consistently contributes to the delivery of comprehensive legal advice. She regularly prepares and submits administrative challenges in regulated sectors—particularly in media and the HoReCa segment —ensuring effective and well-aligned legal solutions that meet the evolving regulatory demands faced by public and private entities.

Margarida joined CCA in 2023, where she completed her traineeship and currently serves as an Associate in the Public Law practice.
Before beginning her legal traineeship at a small law firm focused on traditional areas of law, Margarida collaborated with a Municipal Council, working within the Department of Territorial Sustainability and the divisions of Urban Management and Land Use Planning. This experience gave her direct exposure to matters involving spatial planning, urban development, and public administration.
