Margarida is an Associate at CCA's Labour practice area, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2023.
She provides labour legal advice in various aspects of the daily life of companies and their employees, namely in the negotiation, drafting, and termination of employment contracts, optimization of human resources and respective remuneration schemes, drafting of internal regulations and policies, implementation of good business practices, conducting disciplinary processes, procedures for the elimination of job positions and collective redundancies, negotiation of termination agreements, and conducting labour audits.
