With a growing practice in digital and innovation matters, Margarida advises technology companies and platforms, with a particular focus on Copyright-related matters. She has experience in protecting digital creations and copyright-protected content, supporting audiovisual production companies and streaming operators in contract negotiation, licensing, and content validation, as well as in the management of related rights.
She also provides legal support in data privacy and data protection matters, assisting in the development of internal policies, adapting digital features to GDPR requirements, and drafting user-oriented legal documentation. Margarida has also contributed to the review and validation of advertising campaigns, ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards.
More recently, she has joined the online gaming team, advising digital operators and platforms on regulatory and contractual matters, with the aim of ensuring legal compliance and strategic alignment with the sector’s evolving landscape.
