Maria Luís is a Senior Associate at CCA, having joined the Oporto office in October 2019. She has training and professional experience in different areas of law, with a special focus on Corporate, Labour and Litigation. She currently belongs to the Labour Department and develops her activity in both litigation and legal advice in the various aspects of the daily life of companies and employees, from drafting employment contracts and internal corporate policies, to conducting disciplinary proceedings, negotiating revocation agreements and labour audits. She carries out her professional activity in Lisbon and Oporto.
