Throughout her career, Madalena has worked in civil, criminal, and labor litigation, with a practice defined by close client relationships and rigorous handling of complex disputes.
In recent years, she has specialized in criminal and white-collar litigation, representing clients in highly complex cases involving issues such as abuse of press freedom, corruption, money laundering, and cybercrime. She advises companies across various sectors—particularly in media—in sensitive proceedings that require a technical and strategic approach, always aligned with reputational risk management.

Madalena has been building her career at CCA since 2018, when she joined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. She is currently a Senior Associate in the Criminal Law & White-Collar Crime practice.
Before joining CCA, Madalena worked at a national law firm, where she began her career as a trainee lawyer and later as an Associate, gaining solid experience in civil and criminal litigation.
