Maria Manuel is an Associate at CCA's Litigation & Arbitration Department, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2020. Her professional activity is mainly in the areas of civil litigation, credit recovery and insolvency. She is also dedicated to the provision of day-to-day legal advice, acting both in the pre-judicial phase of dispute resolution, within the scope of negotiation and mediation meetings, and in the judicial phase, working in the preparation of procedural documents in court proceedings and monitoring of the necessary procedural steps.
