With a practice focused on Real Estate Law, Investment Funds, and Immigration, Maria do Rosário provides comprehensive and ongoing legal support to domestic and international clients, ensuring the security and efficiency of operations related to real estate asset management. She advises across all stages of transactions—from the preparation of due diligence reports to the negotiation and formalisation of purchase and sale agreements, including land registration and related procedures.
 
Maria do Rosário has experience advising on the acquisition, operation, and disposal of a wide range of real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and tourism-related properties. Her practice also includes advising on real estate investment transactions structured through share deals, as well as the creation of rights over property assets, establishment of condominium ownership structures, cadastral and land registry regularisations, notarial support, and representation before public authorities. She also assists in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements for various purposes—residential, commercial, and tourism-related—including hotel management agreements, property operation contracts, and short-term lease arrangements.

Maria do Rosário joined CCA in 2023 as part of the Real Estate practice, where she currently serves as an Associate.
 
She began her legal career in 2019 in an law firm in Macau, where she started her traineeship. Prior to that, in 2017, she had already gained early exposure to legal practice through a summer internship at a prominent law firm in Porto. Before joining CCA, Maria do Rosário worked as an associate lawyer at a Lisbon-based law firm, where she completed her professional traineeship.
