Maria do Rosário is an Associate in CCA's Real Estate Department, having started working with the law firm in 2023.
She provides legal advice in the field of Real Estate Law, specifically in monitoring transactions and operations at national level involving the purchase and sale of real estate and rental property. She also advises on the various stages of these transactions, through the preparation of due diligence reports, the drafting of the respective contracts, up to monitoring the act of purchase and sale; monitoring Golden Visa processes and also advising on land registry matters.
