Miguel works across key areas of the Private Clients practice, including Family and Inheritance Law, Immigration, Registries and Notarial Services. He is actively involved in immigration processes and the formalisation of notarial acts, providing legal support to both national and international clients in matters related to vehicle, civil, commercial and real estate registration.

Miguel joined CCA in 2025 as a Junior Associate in the Private Clients practice.
He had his first contact with legal practice in 2021 through a summer internship at a leading national law firm in its Funchal office. In 2023, he began his professional traineeship at another prominent national law firm, this time in Lisbon.
