Patrícia’s practice focuses on Registry, Notarial and Immigration Law. Her work covers registry matters — including real estate, civil, commercial and vehicle registrations — as well as the draft and legalisation of powers of attorney, attestation of signatures, document verifications and the issue of certificates. She also assists in the execution of public and private deeds and other notarial acts, ensuring full compliance with all legal formalities. Patrícia frequently liaises with public entities such as land and civil registry offices, municipalities and tax authorities, safeguarding the legal certainty of every process.
In the field of Immigration Law, she advises foreign clients seeking residency in Portugal, handling visa applications, residence permits, nationality and family reunification procedures, as well as legalisations, certified translations and interactions with AIMA, IRN and consular authorities. She also provides ongoing support in managing the legal aspects of relocation, ensuring a personalised, efficient and integrated approach.

Patrícia joined CCA’s Private Clients practice in 2025 as Legal agent.
Her professional journey began in 2020 at a municipal body. She later joined a law firm, where she worked as a legal agent, handling matters related to registries, notarial services, and providing legal support to both individual and corporate clients. Her experience also includes working at law firms and at a company specialising in credit management and judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery. She also completed a secondment at a banking institution.
