Ricardo provides legal advice to domestic and international clients in the areas of Commercial, Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions law. Ricardo focuses his practice on transactional matters, including acquisitions, corporate restructurings and company incorporations, being involved in the preparation, review and execution of contractual documentation, as well as in conducting due diligence processes.
With experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, his work includes advising on acquisitions with an international component, including the coordination of transaction documentation and supporting clients in investment contexts. He combines legal expertise with corporate finance and restructuring matters, advising clients and investors on the structuring of transactions and strategic decision-making, including in fund structuring and investment operations.
He also has experience in the corporate and organisational structuring of companies, assisting clients in defining legal frameworks suited to their activities and investment objectives. He is involved across different stages of the transaction lifecycle, contributing to the efficient execution of operations and the mitigation of associated legal risks.

Ricardo began his professional career in the Corporate and M&A practice. Ricardo has experience in the preparation and execution of corporate documentation in the context of company incorporations, restructurings and acquisition transactions, as well as in commercial registry matters and participation in due diligence processes.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has been involved in both domestic and international transactions, including acquisitions involving foreign investors, taking part in the preparation and coordination of transactional documentation and supporting the structuring of investment operations.
