With a broad and growing practice in Real Estate Law, Rita provides close legal support to domestic and international clients, advising on a wide range of matters related to the management, investment, and enhancement of real estate assets. Her work spans various areas, including transactions involving tourism, urban planning, and real estate investment.
 
She advises on property purchase and sale transactions, drafts and negotiates lease agreements—residential, commercial, and tourism-related—and handles the creation of rights over property assets and condominium regimes. Her experience also includes conducting legal due diligence and managing cadastral and land registry regularisations.
 
Rita supports clients in executing registration and notarial acts and liaising with public authorities, ensuring legal certainty and operational efficiency throughout all stages of the real estate cycle.

Rita joined CCA in 2025 as part of the Real Estate practice, where she currently serves as an Associate.
 
She began her legal career as a trainee and later as a lawyer at a law firm with international presence, where she advised on real estate and commercial transactions. Prior to that, in 2017, she completed a summer internship at a prominent transactional law firm in Porto.
