Rute focuses her practice on civil litigation, with particular expertise in real estate, civil liability, and insurance disputes—areas in which she has built a specialized track record.
She advises a wide range of companies, including major corporate groups, across all stages of litigation—from risk prevention to judicial resolution—with notable experience in complex contractual contexts and highly regulated sectors.
Real estate litigation is one of her key areas of focus. In this field, Rute handles disputes involving construction contracts, leases, and real estate asset acquisitions, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases. She has also extensive experience in insurance litigation, handling claims related to civil liability, damage and risk policies and representing both insurers and insured parties in strategic conflict management, interpretation of contractual clauses, and civil liability proceedings involving material, moral, and financial damages.
She also advises on corporate restructuring processes.
In recent years, Rute has expanded her expertise in intellectual and industrial property matters, as well as in defending unfair competition claims. Her approach is consistently strategic, aimed at anticipating risks and protecting her clients’ interests.
With a growing practice in intellectual and industrial property and unfair competition litigation, Rute brings deep experience and know-how in real estate disputes, supporting clients in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings—often in connection with corporate restructuring.

Rute joined CCA in 2018 and has since built her career at the firm. She currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Arbitration practice.
Before joining CCA, she spent nearly four years at a law firm with a strong litigation focus, where she gained solid experience in civil, corporate, and real estate disputes, as well as in corporate restructuring and recovery proceedings.
