Sofia oversees the firm’s facilities and operational infrastructure, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organisation while coordinating the administrative area. With a practical and detail-oriented approach, she manages internal resources and promotes the efficiency of support processes that are essential to legal practice.
In parallel, she leads the organisation of the firm’s internal and external events, from concept through to execution, working closely with partners, suppliers, and clients. Her work is marked by a high standard of organisation, professionalism, and hospitality, contributing to the creation of experiences aligned with CCA’s purpose and values.

Sofia is the Events and Office Manager and has been part of CCA since 2017. Throughout her professional career, Sofia has developed solid experience in management, administrative support, and communications.
She was responsible for press communications within the Strategic Planning Department of a communications agency, served as an executive assistant at a national company, and worked as an assistant at a national law firm. Between 2006 and 2016, Sofia held management positions in a company operating in the restaurant sector, where she further strengthened her organisational and operational skills.
