Sofia advises both national and multinational companies and employees on a wide range of employment and HR-related matters. Her practice covers employment relationships, contract drafting and termination, working conditions, remuneration systems, labour due diligence with risk analysis and contingency quantification, employment claims and litigation.
 
She also supports the implementation of internal policies and codes of conduct, ensuring legal compliance and the adoption of best practices across organisations. Sofia is actively involved in strategic business moments, such as labour audits in the context of mergers, acquisitions or business transfers.
 
With a practical, rigorous and client-focused approach, she contributes to consistent legal solutions that are aligned with each organisation’s reality and strategic goals.

Sofia joined the Labour practice team at CCA in 2025 and is currently an Associate.
 
She began her professional journey in 2018 with a summer internship in the Legal Department of a Sports Federation, where she had her first contact with legal practice. In 2019, she returned to the same Legal Department as a member of the Disciplinary Committee, a role she held until 2020.
 
Also in 2019, Sofia joined a nationally operating law firm—where she had previously participated through a curricular programme—to begin her professional traineeship. She remained with the firm as an Associate until 2025.
