Her experience includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, overseeing property registration procedures, and liaising with land registries, municipal authorities, and other public entities.
She also assists with the management and administration of real estate assets, including the contracting of property-related services, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal formalities.
Soraia supports clients throughout the Golden Visa application process, working closely with internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure an integrated and effective approach.

Soraia joined CCA’s Real Estate practice in 2025 as a Legal agent.
She began her professional career in 2014 at a company where she worked in customer service and logistics. She later joined a firm specialising in urban lease management, followed by roles in companies linked to the maritime sector. Soraia also provided administrative support to an association, assisting with internal processes and supporting its executive board.
In 2022, she began her path in the legal practice, undertaking her traineeship at a legal agent’s office, where she gained hands-on experience in legal procedures and client support.
