Taíssa provides legal advice to national and international companies in the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, offering ongoing support to commercial companies from incorporation through to dissolution, and ensuring follow-up on all other statutory and corporate matters affecting such entities.
Taíssa works closely and continuously with companies, supporting not only their day-to-day needs but also those of their corporate bodies. In this context, she ensures compliance with legal obligations, prepares corporate documentation, and addresses matters relating to corporate life and governance. She also participates in legal due diligences and in the analysis of contractual and corporate risks.

Taíssa joined CCA in 2026 as an Associate in the Corporate practice.
Taíssa began her professional career in 2022 as a trainee lawyer at an international Spanish law firm with a presence in Portugal, in the Corporate Law and Corporate M&A practice area, where she had previously completed a summer internship. In 2023, she continued her professional traineeship at a global and transatlantic law firm, working across the Criminal Law and Corporate Law and Corporate M&A practice areas, subsequently qualifying into and remaining in the latter.
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Taíssa also undertook internships at two nationally recognised Azorean companies under the “Estagiar U” programme promoted by the Regional Government of the Azores.
