Teresa is CCA’s Chief Human Resources Officer and has been with the firm since 2016. She began her professional career in the early 1990s as a trainer and consultant in recruitment and selection, team management, leadership, and the development of training programmes, working with several leading organisations in the banking, energy, and telecommunications sectors.
Between 1996 and 1998, she assumed technical human resources responsibilities within an association in the construction sector, with a focus on professional training. From 1999 to 2001, she led the human resources department of an engineering company, and subsequently, between 2002 and 2007, held senior HR roles in construction and public works companies, operating in highly demanding environments with geographically dispersed teams.
From 2008 to 2011, Teresa combined the coordination of human resources with responsibility for sustainable development at an engineering company. She later served as Chief Human Resources Officer of the group’s corporate centre between 2011 and 2016. Throughout this career path, she has consolidated extensive experience in people management in complex and demanding contexts, working with teams across multiple jurisdictions and organisational settings.
