Tomás is Partner of CCA since 2021. Tomas’s experience includes representing institutional investors, investment funds, real estate developers and private investors. He has assisted these types of clients in several real estate transactions, foreign investment, finance and forward funding operations, sale and purchase, and lease operations in relation to several properties, in the energy, retail, residential and tourism sectors.
Over the last years, Tomás has also developed his professional activity in the real-estate, tourism, Immigration (namely the residence permit by investment - Golden visa - and D7 Visa), and energy sectors and has advised several national and international groups in the promotion, licensing, construction, management and sale of real estate, tourism and energy projects in Portugal. Tomás also has extensive experience in private wealth, advising both national and international private clients and family offices.
