The growing adoption of artificial intelligence is reshaping the legal profession, raising new challenges for the protection of fundamental rights, the regulation of digital services and the role of lawyers in an environment of constant technological change.
In an interview published in Human Resources Portugal, Ana Beatriz Bravo, Associate in the TMT practice area at CCA Law Firm, shares her professional journey and her perspective on the impact of artificial intelligence on legal practice, the importance of critical thinking and the role of diversity in building more ethical and inclusive technologies.
In this context, she notes that “The real challenge is to embrace change without giving up critical thinking. In the legal profession, the real differentiator remains the ability to think deeply, filter out the noise and turn change into value.”
