With the arrival of the new year, Portuguese leaders from the most diverse fields of activity reveal what they expect for the world, the country, and the economy following an atypical and challenging 2020. Domingos Cruz, CCA's Managing Partner, speaking to Jornal de Negócios, presents his vision for 2021.
"All of us, individually and collectively, have learned valuable lessons from this past year. These same lessons should be projected for 2021, a year in which the new normal is expected to gradually become more and more abnormal. The strategic options that the Government takes now are likely to impact the next decades, more investment in the economy of the future, in R&D, in science and culture would be the only way to change the paradigm of the last 50 years of the Portuguese economy, improving legislative frameworks, refining regulatory environments and empowering public and municipal services are essential to attract sustainable and quality foreign and national investment", states CCA’s Managing Partner.
