Andreia brings substantial expertise in Family and Inheritance Law, providing legal counsel in matters including marriage, divorce, the regulation of parental responsibilities, and other family-related issues. She is particularly distinguished for her in-depth work in succession planning, with a focus on devising and implementing strategies that ensure a fair and orderly transfer of assets, both personal and business-related. This includes advising family-owned enterprises navigating the challenges of generational continuity.
 
Her practice also encompasses Immigration Law, where she advises both domestic and international clients not only on securing Portuguese citizenship and residence permits, but also on addressing the legal implications of relocating to Portugal. She is regularly instructed to act in complex, cross-border matters requiring the coordination of different legal systems, particularly within the sphere of private international law.

Andreia is a Senior Associate in CCA’s Private Clients practice area, having joined the firm in 2021.
 
She began her career as a Clerk at a court in the Coimbra district, later joining the legal department of a law firm as a legal adviser. Since her traineeship, she has practised as a lawyer in two law firms, where she gained extensive experience in family law, inheritance law, registrations, and immigration, advising both domestic and international clients.
