With 20 years of experience, Madalena provides legal advice in the areas of Real Estate, Urban Planning, Tourism, Environment, and Energy. She has also gained significant expertise in the promotion, investment, and transactional aspects of real estate projects across the residential, tourism, retail, healthcare, industrial, and energy sectors.
Madalena advises clients throughout all stages of a project—from initial structuring to day-to-day management—supporting both domestic and international groups on matters such as urban planning licensing, leasing, and property operations. Her approach is integrated and solution-oriented, focused on delivering effective and reliable outcomes. She has advised major corporations and corporate groups in the tourism sector, including the HoReCa segment, as well as real estate developers and institutional investors, guiding them through complex, large-scale projects.
In recent years, she has placed particular emphasis on sustainability issues within the real estate, construction, tourism, and energy sectors, combining her extensive transactional knowledge with the increasing regulatory complexity of environmental law.
