Madalena Azeredo Perdigão is CCA's partner of the Real Estate Department, having started her collaboration with the firm back in 2004. She provides legal advice in the field of Real Estate Law and Urban Planning, Tourism, and Environment. She focuses on advising and structuring real estate investment operations, licensing activities, and urban operations, including the registration and monitoring of the local accommodation activity, mortgage operations, various types of contracts and also filing legal actions and appeals before the various administrative authorities and courts directly related to the real estate area.
