Martim is Partner and Head of the TMT area at CCA Law Firm, where he has been working since 2008, in the areas of Communication, Data Protection & Digital Tech.

He has provided expert advice to companies and public entities from different industries on various legal issues of the digital economy, from electronic communications to information and emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, Big Data and IoT.

In Data Protection & Cybersecurity, he has provided expert advice to companies and public entities from different industries on governance issues, data-related strategies, coordination of RGPD compliance programmes and Cybersecurity threat situations.

Between 2021 and 2022 Martim was a professor at the faculty of IADE - Faculty of Design Technology and Communication of the European University, to teach the subject of Law and Ethics of Marketing and Advertising.
