Matilde advises both domestic and international clients on matters relating to Commercial, Corporate, and Mergers and Acquisitions law.
Her practice is primarily transactional, with a particular focus on venture capital and real estate investments, advising clients throughout all stages of the investment lifecycle.
She assists clients in investment rounds, from the negotiation of term sheets through to the drafting, negotiation and execution of transaction documentation, including investment agreements and financing instruments such as SAFEs and Convertible Notes. Her practice also encompasses advising investors and companies on corporate and governance matters, including the preparation of corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and assessing contractual risks.
Matilde also provides ongoing corporate legal support to clients, assisting with their day-to-day legal and corporate governance needs and implementing legal solutions aligned with their business objectives.
